Welcome to the Creative Journey program (the "Program"). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Eligibility:The Program is open to anyone who has an interest in creative writing, art, or any other form of creative expression, and who is at least 18 years old.
- Program Description:The Program is designed to help participants explore their creativity and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment. Participants will have access to a variety of resources, including tutorials, exercises, feedback, and community support. The Program will be delivered online through a platform that will be accessible to participants for the duration of the Program.
- Program Fees:The Program fees are stated on the Program's website. Payment for the Program is due in full upon registration. All fees are non-refundable, except as otherwise stated in these Terms.
- Refund Policy:Refunds will only be issued in the event that the Program is cancelled by the organizer. No refunds will be issued for any other reason, including if a participant decides to withdraw from the Program before its completion.
- Intellectual Property:All intellectual property developed or created as part of the Program, including but not limited to any written works, artwork, or other creative materials, shall be the sole and exclusive property of the creator. However, by participating in the Program, you grant the organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such materials worldwide in any media.
- Code of Conduct:Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or any other form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Program without refund.
- Disclaimer of Warranties:The organizer makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program or any materials provided as part of the Program, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Program is provided "as is" and the organizer shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Program or any materials provided as part of the Program.
- Limitation of Liability:In no event shall the organizer be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program or any materials provided as part of the Program. The total liability of the organizer, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the Program.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction:These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the organizer is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or related to the Program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Modification of Terms:The organizer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Program's website. Your continued participation in the Program after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified Terms.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
